Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. NO EXCHANGE/RETURN applicable for customized products. Shipping back charges would be deducted. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
• The item must b unwashed & in original condition with price tag.
• It must also be in the original packaging including the box.
• Any applicable difference in cost must be paid accordingly.

 

Refunds

Unfortunately we do not provide any  refunds for the return unless it is any mistake from our side such as receiving wrong or damaged item. The items can only be exchanged for a similar value item. In exceptional cases, we may review the item & refunded, deducting shipping back charges.

An option to avail the return credit in the form of a gift card is also available should the customer wishes to redeem the the credit in a later point of time. Gift cards are only valid for 6 months upon issue.
